Stryker's Summer 2026 camps run throughout the summer. Our Full Day programs include a 30-minute supervised break for lunch, and athletes are expected to bring their own food. All prices include GST.

Given the dexterity, coordination, and physicality of Ultimate Frisbee, we do not offer an Ignite program.

Ignite

Co-ed for Boys and Girls going into Grades 3-4

We focus on teaching the game in a fun way to young athletes with the help of modified rules and equipment. Our coaches are professionally trained in Stryker's unique developmental philosophy.

Designed for players with limited or no experience in the sport.

Elevate

Co-ed for Boys and Girls in Grades 5-6

As athletes grow in size and coordination, we introduce more of the fundamental sport skills while also highlighting the rules of the game. Our coaches are professionally trained in Stryker's unique developmental philosophy.

Amplify & Launchpad

Co-ed for Boys and Girls in Grades 7+

 

No experience is needed for the Ultimate Frisbee Camp.

 

While the majority of the training time is focused on the fundamental skills and gameplay of the sport, Stryker's approach is to create well-rounded athletes, so we also mix in elements of mobility, agility, flexibility, and strength through appropriate cross-training exercises.
