Amplify

Co-ed for Boys and Girls going into Grades 7+

Building on some previous exposure to the sport, we begin to layer on additional skills and knowledge through more complicated drills, deeper instruction on the fundamentals, and increased gameplay.

Designed for athletes with less than two years of experience in Stryker programs or team play (e.g., Stryker's league, junior high, senior high, or club team).

Launchpad

Co-ed for Boys and Girls going into Grades 7+

With a few seasons or years of exposure to the sport, including many practices and games, we help athletes upskill on all dimensions, from technique, to gameplay, to court vison, and game sense.
