SSD Competition PreparationBasketball has professional instruction - trained and certified coaches led by Bob Baker, Head Coach & Program Director. Sessions include on-court instruction, fundamental and advanced skill development drills, instruction on physical conditioning and nutrition, and scrimmage.

Programs split by grades, 7/8 & 9 /10 on 2 separate courts, lots of fun & hard work!

10 sessions, 20-hours of on-court instruction, skills work, speed & agility conditioning, basketball knowledge, & scrimmage time each session.

Fees include all sessions plus a reversible practice jersey, basketball (new players), string bag and water bottle for each player.
